Stage Size?, Risers Available?, Relevant details re stage?
(a) Stage Dimension Preference— Thirty-two (32) feet in width, twenty-four (24) feet in depth, three (3) feet in height with the ceiling over the stage a minimum of fifteen (15) feet high at the lowest spot above the stage floor
(b) Load In/Load Out Area — This area shall be through the closest possible entrance to the performance area. Due to the weight of the production equipment, all efforts should be made to avoid a path that includes stairs. Please notify the road manager if stairs in the load-in path are unavoidable.
(c) Risers — Please provide two risers, suitable to hold a 6ft table with Hulvey's DJ and one for Hulvey’s Guitar/Keys Player.
-Please provide a professional quality-mixing console with a minimum of 24 inputs and 6 aux. sends. F.O.H. Console must have parametric equalization. (Recommended: Midas 32, Yamaha CL5, Yamaha DM7, Yamaha TF5, Behringer Wing, X32 or equivalent in quality.). We are flexible with the F.O.H. console but we need to make sure that it is capable of accommodating what we need it to.
F.O.H. mix position should be located as close to the center of the room as possible. Mix position also needs to be between 75 and 100 feet from the front of the stage and on the ground level of the venue. IT SHOULD NOT BE IN OR UNDER A BALCONY.
-Please provide an 14-16 Channel sub snake that can be used by DJ.
(a) The house speakers/cabinets are to be of professional quality (DAS, JBL, Meyers, QSC or alike in quality.)
(b) The system is to be operated in stereo and must be adequately powered by professional grade amplification (Crown, OSC, Crest)
(c) The system should be set up to distribute 110db of sound pressure throughout the entire room
(d) All speaker enclosures will be in perfect working order and of a reputable name. 1” or 2” Horns/ 12” mid / 15” or 18” low end.
(e) Main system should be in stereo with 1/3 octave equalizers on the left and right outputs, and should be of adequate power to produce full bandwidth, which is 20Hz-20KHz to 10,000 watts
(f) Please make sure to advance all audio aspects with the production manager, as they will work with you with some of these items.
(a) Hulvey will be traveling with his own IEM System. He will need two stereo aux lines for his In-ear mix. DJ & Musician will need an In-ear pack each. 2 Total.
(b) 2-4 full range floor monitors/front fills are required.
(c) Please provide a Talkback mic with a mic stand on stage for Artist & personnel to have communication.
(a) Proper cables, microphones, and stands are expected. Please provide two wired microphones for talkback. Two XLR Cables for DJ.
(b) Please note that Hulvey will be traveling with his own Wireless Microphone system. He will need a XLR input line on stage.
(a) If the venue can provide projectors and screens for video content, please provide an HDMI video input chord long enough to be used from stage
(b) Please provide screen or video wall dimensions to Road Manager at least two weeks prior to your event.
-We require a MINIMUM of 1-2 HOUR(S) for a proper and basic sound check.
-This production requires that sound check occur prior to the concert unless otherwise notified. This is a closed sound check and the house must ensure that the auditorium is clear of everyone except those directly involved with the running of the show.
